By accessing or using Cloneify, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Cloneify is an AI-powered business assistant platform that connects to third-party tools (Shopify, Gmail, Google Calendar, WooCommerce, and others) and provides a unified chat interface accessible via WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, and web chat. The service includes a knowledge base, role-based access control, document generation, and scheduled task automation.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use Cloneify. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Team member accounts are created and managed by the account owner.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Cloneify offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial, paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Cloneify for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems, or to transmit harmful or malicious content through the platform. You are responsible for all content uploaded to the knowledge base.

6. Limitation of Liability

Cloneify is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or actions taken by the AI assistant.
